Ingredients for 6 persons

• 1 entire chicken
• 3 lemons
• 4 table spoons olive oil
• 30cl chicken broth
• 2 onions
• Herbes de Provence
• Salt, pepper

Preparation:

- Cut the chicken into pieces.
- Wash and cut lemons into slices.
- Peal and mince onions.
- Warm olive oil in a pot and brown the onions gently.
- Add pieces of chicken and lemon slices.
- Salt, pepper, baste with chicken broth and sprinkle of herbes de Provence over it.
- Cover and stew for 1h.

Serve as soon as it is ready.
