Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 30 cl olive oil
- 650 g flour
- 1 TS baking powder
- crystallized olives
- 1 egg to glaze cookies
Preparation
- Soften butter. Beat with sugar by using whisk. Add olive oil and eggs. Mix everything well.
- Mix flour and baking powder together before adding it slowly to the previous mixture in order to get a homogeneous paste. - Roll the paste on 1 cm out. Use a circle pastry cutter to cut it into pieces. Let in harden in the fridge for a while.
- Glaze cookies with the egg and put a crystallized olive in the middle before baking them in oven for 7 to 8 min at 200°C.
- Put them on a shelf as soon as they're out of the oven.
